After having issues with the previous sink, and hearing the price tag on labor, Neal decides to rip it out himself and tries his hand at replacing it and Voila! That hidden talent comes through. Showing off what talent he got from his dad, since O got the wild hair. :)

Afternoon with Authors

"Afternoon with Authors" is a program at school where students get to share what they've written. Here's L showing his book to dad and I.

And here is "Spike," L's soon-to-be butterfly. Students got a caterpillar, fed it and eventually got to release their monarch butterfly.

At the Zoo

L had gotten to go to the zoo on a class field trip and N felt left out. We have our family pass, so I took him on a "field trip."

He was standing by the glass for awhile and this monkey came up and stood at the glass for a long time and just looked at him. He sure seemed to enjoy himself.
